We are seeking an experienced

Quality Control Executive

to join our flexible packaging manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards and regulatory requirements while continuously improving production processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct regular quality checks at various stages of production to ensure compliance with internal and external standards. Inspect raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods for quality and consistency. Maintain accurate records of quality inspections and test results. Implement and monitor quality control procedures and policies. Identify defects or deviations and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Collaborate with production, procurement, and R&D teams to ensure quality standards are maintained. Ensure compliance with ISO, FDA, or other relevant quality standards (if applicable). Train and guide production staff on quality standards and best practices. Prepare quality reports and present findings to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in quality control in the flexible packaging, printing. Strong knowledge of quality standards, testing methods, and inspection procedures. Ability to analyze defects, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions. Good communication and documentation skills. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
