Monitor and ensure that all team members strictly adhere to established quality standards.
Address and resolve any quality or packing-related issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
2. Inventory Quality Management
Implement and monitor
FIFO (First In, First Out)
and
FEFO (First Expiry, First Out)
principles.
Ensure correct material usage sequence to prevent spoilage, loss, or expiry-related problems.
3. Documentation & Record Keeping
Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all quality-related processes.
Keep well-organized and up-to-date records of inspections, reports, and daily activities.
Support internal audits by providing proper and complete documentation as required.
4. Compliance & Safety
Follow all guidelines, SOPs, and procedures issued by the Quality Team.
Report any safety hazards, discrepancies, or maintenance-related issues immediately to the concerned authority.
5. Coordination & Communication
Coordinate effectively with production, packing, and store teams to ensure strict compliance with quality procedures.
Communicate any process deviations or quality concerns promptly to supervisors or management.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum Education: Graduate
Experience:
6 months to 3 years
in Quality Control (Food Manufacturing preferred)
Good understanding of
FIFO & FEFO
methods
Strong knowledge of basic quality inspections, hygiene standards, and documentation processes
