JOB DESCRIPTION - QUALITY CONTROL (QC)
Job Title: Quality Control Executive / Quality Inspector
Department: Production / Manufacturing
Experience: 1-3 years (Freshers can apply if trained)
Qualification: Diploma / ITI / BSc (or relevant experience)
Job Responsibilities
Inspect raw materials, in-process items, and finished products
Ensure products meet company quality standards
Identify defects and report quality issues to production team
Maintain quality records and inspection reports
Follow SOPs, quality guidelines, and safety rules
Coordinate with production to improve product quality
Support audits and quality checks
Reduce rejection and rework
Skills Required
Knowledge of quality control processes
Ability to identify defects and root causes
Basic documentation & reporting skills
Attention to detail
Team coordination skills
Basic Excel knowledge (preferred)
