Role Overview:

The QC Executive will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and ensuring the quality of raw materials, in-process components, and finished CT/PT products. The role requires attention to detail, basic technical knowledge, and the ability to follow industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform

incoming material inspection

, verifying quality as per specifications. Conduct

in-process inspection

during manufacturing of CT/PT components. Carry out

final inspection

before dispatch and ensure compliance with standards. Maintain QC documentation, reports, and test records. Use measuring instruments such as

Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Megger, HV Tester

, etc. Identify defects and communicate with production for corrective actions. Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company quality guidelines. Assist in calibration and upkeep of all QC instruments. Support QA/QC auditors during internal and external audits.

Skills Required:

Knowledge of mechanical measurements and inspection tools. Basic understanding of CT/PT manufacturing processes (preferred). Good documentation and reporting skills. Ability to read engineering drawings. Problem-solving and analytical ability. Teamwork and coordination skills.
