Job Title: Quality Control Executive

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant field

Skills Required: Technical knowledge, analytical skills, problem-solving ability, managerial skills, attention to detail, reporting and documentation skills

Job Responsibilities

Quality Inspection & Testing

Inspect products, materials, or services to identify any defects, deviations, or non-conformities. Conduct various quality tests, audits, and sampling procedures to ensure compliance with required specifications. Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are consistently maintained.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

Ensure the company's products and processes comply with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements. Assist in the development and implementation of Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) procedures. Support internal and external quality audits and follow up on corrective actions.

Issue Identification & Problem Solving

Identify quality issues and report them to the relevant department for corrective action. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) to determine the source of defects or deviations. Recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to avoid recurring issues.

Continuous Improvement

Continuously monitor and evaluate existing quality processes to identify areas for improvement. Work with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that improve productivity and product quality. Contribute to initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen (if applicable).

Documentation & Reporting

Prepare and maintain detailed quality records, test reports, deviation reports, audit findings, and inspection logs. Document all corrective measures taken and ensure proper filing for audit purposes. Share regular quality performance updates with the management.

Training & Coordination

Provide training to employees on quality standards, inspection techniques, compliance requirements, and safety practices. Coordinate with production, maintenance, and management teams to ensure smooth operations and adherence to quality guideline
