Job Description

We are looking for a Quality Control / Quality Inspector to ensure that our manufactured spindles and components meet industry standards and customer expectations. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail, knowledge of quality inspection processes, and experience in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect spindles and components to ensure they meet technical and quality standards. Conduct dimensional checks using measuring instruments like micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Identify defects, deviations, or non-conformities in materials or finished products. Document inspection reports and communicate findings to the production team. Ensure compliance with ISO and industry quality standards. Assist in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve quality. Maintain and calibrate quality inspection tools.

Requirements:

Experience in quality inspection in a manufacturing unit (Preferably spindle or precision engineering). Knowledge of quality standards and inspection techniques. Proficiency in using measuring instruments like micrometers, calipers. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good documentation and reporting skills.
