Identifying and reporting:
Identifying defects or deviations from standards and reporting inspection and test data to supervisors or relevant departments.
Corrective action:
Collaborating with production teams and other personnel to implement corrective measures and prevent recurring issues.
Documentation and compliance:
Maintaining detailed records of inspections and tests, and ensuring all activities comply with company policies and relevant industry regulations.
Using tools:
Utilizing tools like calipers, gauges, micrometers, and electronic inspection equipment to measure and verify product specifications.
Continuous improvement:
Analysing quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement in processes, products, and workflows.
Receive and prioritize calls:
Answer and analyze emergency and non-emergency calls, requests for service, and customer orders.
Coordinate and dispatch:
Assign tasks to drivers or emergency responders, provide them with necessary information, and direct them to the appropriate locations.
Communicate and monitor:
Maintain continuous communication with field units via radio and phone, monitor their status and location, and relay essential updates.
Plan routes:
Use mapping and logistics software to determine the most efficient routes, considering traffic and weather conditions.
Manage logistics:
Handle incoming and outgoing orders, verify inventory and deliveries, track shipments, and coordinate transportation.
Maintain records:
