Implementing preventive actions and process improvements to avoid defects
QC is a reactive and product-oriented approach to quality management
The primary goal of QC is to identify and rectify defects and non-conformities in the final product or service before it reaches the customer
QC involves inspection, testing, and evaluation of products or services to verify that they meet the predefined quality standards
Key tasks associated with QC include:Inspecting products at different stages of production or service delivery
Testing products to ensure they meet quality requirements
Conducting statistical analysis to assess product quality
Identifying defects and non-conformities and taking corrective actions
Rejecting or reworking products that do not meet quality standards
Ensuring that only products meeting the quality requirements are delivered to customers
