Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our Quality Control team as a Trainee. The Quality Control Trainee will support the QA/QC department in ensuring that products meet established quality standards. This role involves learning and assisting in inspection, testing, documentation, and compliance-related activities across various stages of production or service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in performing quality inspections of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods. Conduct basic laboratory or field tests (depending on industry) under supervision. Document inspection results and report deviations or non-conformities. Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and regulatory standards. Support the team in maintaining proper records and documentation for audits and internal reviews. Participate in root cause analysis and help implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Collaborate with other departments to ensure product quality from start to finish. Continuously develop knowledge of quality control systems, tools, and techniques.

Requirements:

Degree: B.Pharm Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic understanding of quality standards (e.g., ISO, GMP, HACCP) is a plus. Good communication skills and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
