Call Audits & Quality Control:?Regularly monitors and audits telesales calls to ensure quality, compliance, and performance standards are consistently met.
New Starter Support & Induction:?Actively supports the onboarding process by helping with product training and induction for new team members, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform in their roles.
SSM Campaign:?Assists with the SSM campaign by working on appointment setting for the sales team, helping to drive engagement and improve booking rates.
Sales Reporting:?Managing and maintaining accurate sales reports, providing visibility on performance metrics, and helping inform strategic decisions.

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
