We're seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled professional to take on the role of QC Technician at our cutting-edge manufacturing facility in Gajraula.
Key Responsibilities: * Determine team priorities based on plant requirements in coordination with the departmental manager.

  • Responsible to maintain the cleanliness of instrument and workplace with maintaining 5S.
  • An active participant in scientific / development activities such as validation process, development of basic analytical methods etc.
  • Follow-up the cGMP, GLP, GDP & ALCOA++ in the laboratory and safety guidelines.
  • Responsible for maintaining logbooks for all instrument usage.
  • Responsible for performing various HPLC analyses in accordance with respective methods, with accurate documentation and timely entry of results into the LIMS system.
  • Accurately prepare samples, standards, and reagents as per SOPs and test procedures and ensure use of qualified glassware, solvents, and reference standards.
  • Take care of online documentation and report the results.
  • Responsible for calibration / verification of instruments.
  • Responsible for initiating investigations for deviations such as LIR, OOT, and OOS, as and when required during analysis.
  • Ensure proper management, usage, and storage of HPLC standards, columns, and reagents as per SOP requirements.
  • Report unsafe acts, conditions, near misses, and events.
  • Participate in Safety Promotion activities, mock drills & Safety Trainings.
  • Follow safety procedures, protocols and adhere to the PPE requirement.
  • Ensure non-routine activities are executed through the work permit system
Minimum Required Skills:
  • Solid understanding of Quality Control procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GLP (Good Laboratory Practices).
  • Good understanding of HPLC, pH meter& analytical weighing balances systems, & Understanding of GxP and Safety.
  • Ability to handle instrument troubleshooting and follow documentation protocols.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have:
Experience Level: 4-6 Years
Industry Experience: API Experience is required
Qualification: M.Sc. in Chemistry
