Ingredient Research: Stay updated on the latest advancements in cosmetic ingredients, technologies, and trends. Evaluate new raw materials for efficacy, safety, and regulatory compliance. Conduct literature reviews and collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients. Testing and Evaluation: Plan and execute laboratory experiments to assess the performance, stability, and safety of cosmetic formulations. Conduct sensory evaluations, compatibility testing, and efficacy studies to ensure product quality and effectiveness. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all cosmetic products meet regulatory requirements and standards set forth by relevant authorities (e.g., FDA, EU Cosmetics Regulation). Collaborate with regulatory affairs team to navigate regulatory processes and obtain necessary approvals.
