Sun Blue Metals is looking for a motivated QC RMC (Fresher/Trainee) to support quality control activities at our Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) plant. The role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build a career in construction materials quality assurance and learn hands-on testing and compliance practices. Key Responsibilities
Assist in quality control testing of Ready Mix Concrete as per standards
Conduct basic tests such as slump test, cube casting, and compressive strength tests
Ensure adherence to mix design specifications and quality parameters
Maintain daily quality reports, test records, and documentation
Support senior QC engineers in site and plant quality inspections
Monitor raw materials like cement, aggregates, and admixtures for quality
Follow safety guidelines and quality procedures at the plant Eligibility & Requirements
Diploma / BE / BTech in Civil Engineering (or relevant qualification preferred)
Freshers or trainees are welcome to apply
Basic knowledge of RMC and concrete testing is an added advantage
Willingness to learn and work in plant/site environments
