Job Description

A Quality Control (QC) and Production Engineer for toroidal cores focuses on ensuring the high quality and efficient production of these magnetic cores, used in various applications like transformers and inductors. They are responsible for implementing and overseeing quality control processes, troubleshooting production issues, and optimizing manufacturing processes to meet quality standards and production targets.

Key Responsibilities of a QC and Production Engineer for Toroidal Cores:

Quality Assurance:

Implementing and monitoring quality control procedures throughout the production process, from raw material inspection to final product testing.

Process Optimization:

Identifying areas for improvement in the manufacturing process to enhance efficiency, reduce defects, and minimize waste.

Troubleshooting:

Diagnosing and resolving production issues related to materials, machinery, or processes that affect core quality or production output.

Data Analysis:

Collecting and analyzing production data to identify trends, pinpoint root causes of problems, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Documentation:

Maintaining accurate records of quality control checks, production data, and any process changes.

Training:

Providing training to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.

Compliance:

Ensuring that production processes and product specifications adhere to relevant industry standards and regulations.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Engineering Degree:

A bachelor's degree in engineering (e.g., electrical, mechanical, industrial) is typically required.
