Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Control and Quantity Surveying within the construction & Real estate industry.
Monitor and inspect site works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and IS/ISO quality standards.
Verify materials and workmanship quality as per approved benchmarks.
Conduct regular site inspections, prepare QC reports, and implement corrective actions.
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, rate analysis, and track material consumption.
Certify subcontractor bills, supplier invoices, and client running/final bills.
Control project costs, highlight variations, and assist in contract administration.
Maintain accurate records for quantity reconciliation, billing, and quality documentation.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and contractors for quality and cost-related matters.
Review tender documents, provide inputs during bidding, and support contract negotiations.
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS/estimation software.
In-depth knowledge of construction materials, IS codes, BOQ preparation, and billing procedures.
