RIK Industries Private Limited is a furniture manufacturing company located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. We are looking for a profile for a

QC / QA Executive

to support

quality control, quality assurance, and process compliance

activities in a structured manufacturing/operations environment. This role is suitable for candidates with

strong technical fundamentals

and a willingness to grow within quality systems.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Control (QC)

Carry out

incoming, in-process, and final inspections

as per defined quality standards Verify products against

specifications, drawings, BOMs, and inspection criteria

Identify, segregate, and report

non-conforming material (NCM)

Maintain

inspection records, checklists, and quality reports

Support

root cause analysis, corrective, and preventive actions (CAPA)

Quality Assurance (QA)

Follow and support implementation of

SOPs, work instructions, and quality systems

Assist in maintaining

quality documentation and records

Participate in

internal audits and process compliance checks

Support

continuous improvement initiatives

(Kaizen, PDCA, 5S)

Skills & Knowledge

Sound understanding of

QC & QA concepts

Knowledge of

inspection methods and basic quality tools

Exposure to

AQL / sampling inspection

Ability to use

measuring instruments

and interpret inspection data Working knowledge of

MS Excel / MS Office

Qualification & Experience

Diploma / BE / BTech

in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or related disciplines

0-2 years of experience

in QC / QA or a manufacturing / operations environment

Personal Attributes

Role Expectations & Growth Exposure

This role offers hands-on exposure to

end-to-end quality systems

process consistency, adherence to standards, and effective implementation of quality practices

Over time, the role will involve deeper participation in

problem-solving initiatives

, analysis of defect trends, and support in driving

process improvements

through structured methodologies. Candidates will gain practical experience in

quality reporting, audit support, CAPA implementation, and system-based quality control

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
