Position: Quality Control (QC) Head

Experience

: Minimum 3 Years

Qualification

: B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Salary

: ?70,000/- per month

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise all quality control processes in solar PV module manufacturing Ensure compliance with national and international quality standards (e.g., IEC, MNRE) Implement quality assurance protocols to reduce defects and improve yield Coordinate with production, R&D, and customer support teams Maintain documentation, audits, and certifications

What We're Looking For:

Strong understanding of solar module production and testing Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail Leadership and team management skills Familiarity with ISO 9001, IEC standards, and cleanroom environments
