Job Title: Quality Control (QC) Executive / Officer

Location: Meerut, Uttar Pradesh

Department: Quality Control & Assurance

Key Responsibilities

Quality Inspection & Testing

Conduct quality inspections at all stages of production - Raw Materials, In-Process (Semi-Finished), and Finished Products. Perform dispatch audits to ensure product compliance before shipment. Execute physical and chemical testing to verify quality standards, including but not limited to: pH measurement Viscosity Mesh size Density Other relevant physical/chemical parameters

Documentation & Compliance

Prepare, maintain, and update inspection reports, test records, and documentation in compliance with ISO 13485 and other regulatory standards. Support internal and external audits by ensuring traceability and accuracy of QC data.

Instrumentation & Process Control

Oversee calibration, maintenance, and validation of laboratory instruments and testing equipment. Continuously monitor, review, and improve quality control methods to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and product consistency.

Continuous Improvement

Identify process gaps, propose corrective/preventive actions, and collaborate with production and R&D teams to implement solutions. Contribute to the development of SOPs, quality manuals, and inspection protocols.

Required Qualifications

M.Sc. in Applied/Organic Chemistry (First Division).

Working Experience

2-4 years of experience in Quality Control / Laboratory Testing in the Chemical, Pharma, or Dental Materials industry. Freshers with strong fundamentals and a keen interest in QC are encouraged to apply.

Desirable Skills & Attributes

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret test results and quality data. Capability to work independently with minimal supervision. Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
