Conduct routine quality inspections of raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Assist in sampling and testing food products using established protocols and methodologies.
Document test results and maintain accurate records of quality assessments.
Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
Participate in the development and refinement of quality control procedures and protocols.
Support internal audits and inspections to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
Associate degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
Basic understanding of food safety regulations and quality assurance principles.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
Preferred:
4-5 years of experiences in a food manufacturing or quality control environment.
Familiarity with laboratory testing equipment and methods.
Certifications in food safety or quality assurance (e.g., HACCP, SQF) are a plus.
