Job Description

Product Analysis:

QC Officers analyze raw materials, finished products, and in-process samples to ensure they meet specifications.

Process Monitoring:

They monitor production processes to identify and address any deviations from quality standards.

Inspection and Testing:

This involves using various tools and techniques to measure product quality and identify defects.

Documentation:

QC Officers maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and any identified defects.

Reporting and Communication:

They report findings to relevant stakeholders, including supervisors and production teams, and collaborate on corrective actions.

Troubleshooting:

QC Officers may be involved in troubleshooting quality issues and identifying root causes.

Training and Support:

In some roles, they may also be involved in training staff on quality control procedures and best practices.

Staying Updated:

Keeping abreast of industry standards and regulations is also a key part of the job.
