Job Description

Reading blueprints and specifications:

Understanding product specifications and quality requirements.

Operating electronic inspection equipment and software:

Utilizing various tools for inspection and data analysis.

Measuring products:

Using calipers, gauges, or micrometers to measure dimensions and tolerances.

Accepting or rejecting finished items:

Making decisions on whether products meet quality standards.

Removing products and materials that fail to meet specifications:

Identifying and removing defective products or materials from the production line.

Reporting inspection and test data:

Documenting findings and trends, such as weights, temperatures, grades, and moisture content.

Collaborating with other departments:

Working with production, engineering, and other teams to address quality issues.

Developing and improving processes:

Contributing to the development of new processes and the improvement of existing ones to ensure quality.

Training personnel:

Educating employees on quality control procedures and standards. Freshers should apply.
