Key Responsibilities

Quality Control & Testing

Inspect and test incoming raw materials (milk, cream, sugar, stabilizers, flavors, packaging). Perform in-process checks (pasteurization, homogenization, overrun, freezing parameters). Conduct finished product testing (fat %, SNF, microbial load, melting resistance, packaging integrity).

Compliance & Documentation

Maintain proper records for HACCP, GMP, and FSSC audits. Ensure product traceability from raw material to finished goods. Support external audits (FSSAI, BIS, customer).

Hygiene & Safety

Monitor personal hygiene of operators and floor sanitation. Conduct swab tests and environmental monitoring. Ensure corrective action for non-conformities.

Coordination

Work closely with production supervisors to enforce quality SOPs. Liaise with cold room incharge and maintenance teams during quality-critical issues. Report daily quality results to Quality Incharge/Manager.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹330,000.00 per year
