Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished polymer products.
Maintain QC documentation and ensure compliance with ISO/ASTM standards.
Analyze data to identify quality trends and recommend corrective actions.
Support production teams in resolving quality-related issues.
Calibrate and maintain testing equipment.
Requirements:
B.Sc / M.Sc in Polymer Science, Chemistry, or B.Tech in Polymer / Chemical Engineering.
3-5 years of experience in polymer/plastics QC or testing lab.
Knowledge of physical, mechanical, and thermal testing of polymers.
Familiar with quality systems and standards (ISO, ASTM, BIS).
