Job Description

HPLC Analysis:

Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of raw materials, intermediates, packaging materials, and finished products using HPLC, GC, UV, etc..

Instrument Handling:

Operate, calibrate, and maintain analytical instruments, ensuring they meet performance standards.

Documentation:

Prepare and review test records, logbooks, Certificates of Analysis (CoA), and reports, ensuring data integrity (ALCOA+).

Method Validation:

Conduct analytical method validation, development, and transfer as per regulatory guidelines.

Stability Studies:

Perform stability testing of products according to ICH guidelines.

Compliance:

Ensure all activities adhere to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and regulatory requirements (FDA, etc.).

Troubleshooting:

Investigate OOS/OOT (Out-of-Trend) results and implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).

Reagent Prep:

Prepare and standardize chemical solutions and reagents.
