Timely analysis of RM / WIP / BBT & finished product ? Sustain/increase market leadership by improving product quality & consumer relationship ? Compliance to quality specifications ? Compliance to all Quality manuals issued by management ? Evaluate competitor Beers in the region with our brands ? Control on Microbiological contamination in the process ? Analysis carried out as per Minimum sampling Plan ? Propagate yeast culture & assist in the new yeast propagation & keeping track of growth activity & infection. ? Develop hygienic work environment ? Safe working environment in the Laboratory ? Microbiological lab as per the GLP standards. ? Ensure proper dressing of bottles & are kept free from foreign matter. ? Update new methods introduced by management & perform accordingly. ? Involve in Hazard Analysis ? Monitor Critical Control Points/OPRPs ? Ensure the Food is manufactured safely
