Make plan for testing of samples on the basis of production plan
Test and analyze RM, PG and finished goods
Prepare Media, accessories and conduct sterilization required for testing
Conduct routine analysis of samples for confirmation of results, when required
Do maintenance of cleaning of quality control area and their equipments
Conduct Environmental Monitoring of Production and QC area
Do the documentation for QC
Do inspection, investigation and analysis of samples to monitor quality of the product
Discuss any out of specification laboratory results with the Department Head, initiation of investigation of such results and submission of additional results
Coordinate with Senior QC and QA for sample result
Assist in preparation of disinfectants required for cleaning of area
Conduct monitoring of all records pertaining to the laboratory
Provide daily reports to QC department head
