Job Title: Quality Control Manager - Construction

Minimum 5+ years experience in QA/QC roles within the construction industry.

Salary: 5LPA-8LPA, Negotiable

Work Location: Gowrelly, Hyderabad

AMR Living Spaces is looking for an experienced Quality Control Manager to oversee and ensure the highest quality standards in villa and residential construction projects. The role involves monitoring site execution, ensuring material quality, and maintaining compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance & Control

Implement and maintain QA/QC standards, procedures, and inspection plans.

Conduct daily site inspections to verify workmanship and compliance.

Identify defects, deviations, and ensure timely corrective actions.

Ensure adherence to IS codes, safety regulations, and AMR quality standards.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain all inspection and testing reports.

Prepare and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).

Maintain updated QA/QC documentation for audits and reviews.

Coordination

Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Contractors & Subcontractors.

Inspect and approve material deliveries as per approved specifications.

Coordinate with third-party labs for required material testing.

Process Improvement

Suggest improvements in construction methods to enhance quality.

Train construction teams on quality procedures and checklists.

Implement quality monitoring tools and site checklists.

Safety & Compliance

Ensure all quality activities follow safety guidelines and AMR policies.

Support internal and external quality audits.

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of civil construction practices, standards, and materials.

Experience in villa/residential project QC is highly preferred.

Excellent reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and structural details.

Qualifications

Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

QA/QC Certification is an added advantage.

Minimum 5+ years experience in QA/QC roles within the construction industry.
