The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for ensuring product quality, safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance across all stages of production. Key responsibilities include:

Independently conduct all required quality tests as per FSSAI guidelines for ice cream mixes, finished products, raw materials (RM), packing materials (PM), and consumables. Develop and regularly update the

Standard Specifications Manual

for all RM, PM, and consumables in consultation with management, ensuring strict adherence to defined specifications. Create and maintain a

Quality Control Manual

outlining standardized testing procedures for ice cream mix, finished ice cream, RM, PM, and consumables. Ensure microbial standards are maintained for all materials and products in accordance with FSSAI norms. Design, implement, and monitor the

Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) system

to uphold microbiological safety throughout the production line. Enforce and maintain high standards of factory hygiene and cleanliness, ensuring that all staff strictly follow company hygiene protocols. Monitor proper storage conditions of all raw materials, packing materials, and consumables to prevent contamination or degradation. Ensure accurate labeling and batch numbering of products in compliance with

Legal Metrology

and

FSSAI

regulations. Oversee regular pest control measures to maintain a pest-free production environment. Perform any other quality-related duties or responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.
