Make sure products meet company and customer quality requirements
Create and follow quality control procedures
Inspect raw materials, in-process items, and finished products
Train workers on quality standards and procedures
Work with production and engineering teams to improve quality
Maintain quality records and reports
Ensure compliance with ISO and other industry standards
Able to identify root causes of problems and prepare CAPA reports to prevent recurrence.
