Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager (QCM). The ideal candidate must have a sound knowledge on Quality standard of cable and conductor. This role requires a strong background in construction management, quality inspection, and data analysis to maintain the highest level of project integrity and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans tailored to each construction project Conduct regular construction site inspections to monitor adherence to quality standards and safety protocols Perform detailed quality inspections, identify deficiencies, and recommend corrective actions Collect, analyze, and document data related to construction quality metrics for ongoing improvement Collaborate with construction management teams to ensure compliance with contractual specifications and project timelines Review construction contracts and specifications to verify scope and quality requirements are met Lead root cause analysis for quality issues and oversee the implementation of corrective measures Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the supply chain Prepare detailed reports on inspection findings, non-conformance issues, and resolution status for stakeholders
