Develop and implement quality control policies, procedures, and standards for motor body manufacturing.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and customer specifications.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
Oversee inspection of raw materials, in-process components, and finished motor bodies.
Ensure dimensional, functional, and cosmetic checks are performed according to standards.
Approve and review quality inspection reports before products are dispatched.
Lead, train, and mentor the QC team, including supervisors and inspectors.
Assign daily inspection tasks and monitor performance.
Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance for quality improvement.
Investigate quality issues, root causes of defects, and customer complaints.
Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to eliminate recurring problems.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to resolve quality issues.
Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and compliance documentation.
Prepare reports for management regarding quality performance, trends, and KPIs.
Support audits by clients, regulatory authorities, and internal teams.
