Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor quality control systems and procedures Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies Conduct regular inspections and audits of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods Analyze quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions Maintain quality documentation, reports, and records Coordinate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to improve product quality Train and supervise quality control staff Handle customer complaints related to quality and ensure timely resolution Monitor KPIs related to quality performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:-

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field 5-8 years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of quality standards, inspection techniques, and process control Experience with audits, documentation, and root cause analysis Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
