Job Description

Inspect raw materials such as paper, ink, and plates for quality compliance. Monitor the printing process to check for color accuracy, registration, alignment, density, and resolution. Verify finished products against job specifications, artwork, and proofs. Conduct random sampling during production runs to detect defects early.

Process Improvement & Standards:

Establish, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the printing process. Review and update QC standards to meet or exceed industry and customer expectations. Identify areas for process improvement to enhance quality and maximize productivity.

Team Management & Training:

Lead and manage a team of QC executives and inspectors. Train production staff on quality standards to reduce waste and defects.

Documentation & Auditing:

Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and deviations. Conduct internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with regulations. Produce timely reports on quality performance and production progress.

Complaint Resolution & Compliance:

Analyze customer feedback and complaints to identify root causes and implement corrective/preventive actions. Ensure all printing operations comply with legal and safety standards. Evaluate product returns to determine if they meet company standards

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
