Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager with 3-5 years of experience in the Ayurvedic, Pharma, Food, or Personal Care industry. The role involves ensuring product quality at every stage -- from raw material to finished goods -- in compliance with AYUSH, FSSAI, GMP, GLP, and WHO-GMP standards. The candidate must have hands-on laboratory experience and the ability to manage a small QC team.

Key Responsibilities

? Perform quality testing of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process, and finished products.

? Ensure compliance with AYUSH, FSSAI, GMP, GLP, ISO, and WHO-GMP requirements.

? Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as HPLC, UV-Vis, FTIR, TLC etc.

? Prepare and maintain accurate QC documentation including test reports, COAs, and SOPs.

? Assist in internal and external audits/inspections.

? Collaborate with QA, Production, and R&D teams for quality improvement.

? Monitor deviations and support implementation of CAPA.

? Train and guide junior QC staff to ensure accuracy and compliance.

? Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of QC equipment.

? Report any quality issues and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

? Education:

1. B.Pharm / M.Pharm

2. M.Sc. (Chemistry / Biotech / Microbiology / Food Technology)

? Experience:

1. 4-7 years of relevant experience in Quality Control (Ayurvedic, Pharma, FMCG, or Food Industry).

? Technical Knowledge:

1. Hands-on experience with basic QC testing methods and lab equipment.

2. Good knowledge of GMP, GLP, AYUSH, FSSAI guidelines.

3. Strong documentation and compliance understanding.

Skills Required

? Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

? Good communication & team coordination skills.

? Knowledge of SOP preparation and audit handling.

? Ability to work under deadlines with accuracy.

Salary & Benefits

? Salary Range: ₹4,00,000 - ?6,50,000 per annum (Negotiable as per candidate profile).
