Conduct routine in-process checks and final product inspections on the production line.
Verify dimensions, appearance, functionality, and packaging per specifications.
Identify, document, and report defective materials or deviations.
Ensure proper labeling, batch coding, and traceability.
2. Process Control
Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards.
Verify machine settings, parameters, and calibration as needed.
Support line operators in maintaining consistent quality.
3. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate inspection records, checklists, and QC reports.
Record non-conformities and assist in root-cause investigation.
Prepare daily QC summaries for supervisors.
4. Compliance & Standards
Ensure compliance with ISO standards, GMP, HACCP, or other applicable regulations.
Assist during internal and external audits.
5. Communication & Coordination
Communicate defects or quality issues to production teams promptly.
Work with engineering, production, and QA teams to resolve issues.
Provide feedback to improve product quality and reduce waste.
6. Continuous Improvement
Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Suggest process improvements to reduce variability and defects.
