We are looking for a detail-oriented
Quality Control (QC)
professional with hands-on experience in incoming quality inspection, strong knowledge of electronic components and drives, and excellent documentation skills. The role involves ensuring product quality at the incoming stage, supporting installation and service activities, and coordinating post-sale quality and service processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
Perform
incoming quality inspection (IQC)
for drives, motors, control cards, electrical and mechanical components as per approved quality standards and checklists.
Verify components against
technical drawings, specifications, BOMs, and purchase orders
.
Identify, segregate, and document
non-conforming materials (NCM)
.
Coordinate with procurement, stores, and suppliers for quality issues and corrective actions.
Documentation & Records
Prepare and maintain
IQC inspection reports, service reports, testing records, and installation documents
.
Ensure proper documentation of quality checks, deviations, approvals, and corrective actions.
Maintain service and testing logs for audit and traceability purposes.
