Role Overview

We are looking for a Quality Control Intern to join our production unit in Elathur, Kozhikode. The intern will support the QC team in maintaining hygiene standards, ensuring product consistency, and assisting with quality checks during production and packaging.

Responsibilities

Assist in daily quality checks during production of snacks (banana chips, halwas, pickles, etc.).

Monitor hygiene and cleanliness across production and packaging areas.

Support the QC supervisor in maintaining quality control logs and checklists.

Assist in random sampling and testing of finished products.

Report deviations, spoilage, or packaging defects promptly.

Learn and follow basic food safety and FSSAI guidelines.

Requirements

male candidates are preferred

Must be from Kozhikode (or nearby, with daily commute possible).

Pursuing/completed a degree/diploma in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related fields.

Strong observation skills and attention to detail.

Interest in food safety, quality assurance, and production processes.

Willingness to work in a fast-paced food production environment.
