Qualification - BE(Civil) 0r DCE

5 to 8 years of experience , with immediate joining or 15 days notice, only.

Familiar with QC field activities and quality documentation Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards Prepare and submit RFIs and coordinate inspections with consultants/clients Identify, issue, and close NCRs with corrective actions Monitor workmanship and material quality Coordinate and witness testing as per approved testing methods Review test reports and maintain quality records Communicate effectively with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors. Residential, Commercial, Industrial, high rise buildings and Infra Projects Develop and implement quality management systems, including procedures, policies, and guidelines, to ensure compliance with quality standards. Conduct regular inspections and audits to monitor the quality of construction work, materials, and processes. Ensure that all construction work adheres to project specifications, building codes, and industry standards. Identify potential quality issues early in the construction process and implement corrective actions. Highway and Road project Knowledge is advantage.
