Job Description

Quality Control Inspector ensures products meet standards by inspecting, testing, and measuring materials/goods, identifying defects, documenting findings, and recommending process adjustments to maintain quality and safety, using tools like calipers and gauges to check against blueprints and specs throughout production. Key Responsibilities: Inspect & Test: Examine raw materials, in-progress items, and finished products for flaws. Measure & Verify: Use precision tools (calipers, gauges) to ensure dimensions match specifications and blueprints. Monitor Operations: Observe assembly lines to ensure adherence to quality standards. Document Findings: Record inspection results, defects, and non-compliance issues. Recommend Actions: Suggest adjustments to production processes to prevent future errors. Report: Communicate quality issues to production teams and managers.
