About the Role

We are looking for a

Quality Control Inspector

to join our production team at Linen Trail. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail and a strong understanding of apparel

fit, finish, and fall

. You will be responsible for ensuring that every garment produced meets our high standards of craftsmanship before it reaches the customer.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect garments at different stages of production - cutting, stitching, finishing - to ensure quality standards are met. Check

fit, stitching accuracy, finishing, fall of fabric, and overall workmanship

. Identify defects, inconsistencies, or deviations from approved samples/specifications. Provide feedback to the production team to prevent recurring issues. Maintain quality check records and daily inspection reports. Ensure packing and labeling meets brand guidelines. Work closely with production supervisors to resolve quality concerns quickly.

Requirements

Prior experience in

garment manufacturing / apparel quality control

(minimum 2-3 years preferred). Strong knowledge of garment

construction, stitching techniques, and finishing processes

. Ability to spot defects related to stitching, measurements, fabric handling, and finishing. Understanding of how linen and premium fabrics behave in terms of

drape, fit, and fall

is a plus. Attention to detail, patience, and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Basic record-keeping and reporting skills.
