We are looking for a

Quality Control / Quality Inspector

to ensure that our manufactured spindles and components meet industry standards and customer expectations. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail, knowledge of quality inspection processes, and experience in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect spindles and components to ensure they meet

technical and quality standards

. Conduct

dimensional checks

using measuring instruments like

micrometers, calipers, and gauges

. Identify

defects, deviations, or non-conformities

in materials or finished products. Document inspection reports and communicate findings to the production team. Ensure compliance with

ISO and industry quality standards

. Assist in

root cause analysis

and implement corrective actions to improve quality. Maintain and calibrate quality inspection tools.

Requirements:

Experience in

quality inspection in a manufacturing unit

(Preferably

spindle or precision engineering

). Knowledge of

quality standards and inspection techniques

. Proficiency in using measuring instruments like

micrometers, calipers, and CMM

(Coordinate Measuring Machines). Ability to read and interpret

engineering drawings and blueprints

. Strong

attention to detail

and

problem-solving skills

. Good documentation and reporting skills.
