Role Description Creating and maintaining the Company's Quality Standards; develop, implement and maintain the Company's quality documentation as defined in QMS (Quality Management Systems). Study customer specifications and develop quality plan to capture the requirements from start of fabrication stage till completion for FAIs. Minimum educational qualification: Diploma, Graduate or Post Graduate with minimum 3+ years of experience in quality. Work experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in quality domain. Any other specific requirement: IPC 620 certification is mandatory. Must have excellent computer skills: word, excel, PPT, Outlook, ERP, Visual IPI. Must be very good in verbal and written communication. Must be good team member and pay attention to detail. Six Sigma certificate will be added advantage. Certified internal auditor for AS9100 is added advantage. Knowledge on APQP and NADCAP processes is added advantage. Core Responsibilities & Duties Attending in-process & final inspection and testing of product (as applicable) on time. Coordinate with customer quality representative for buyoff of in-process activity or final product (as applicable) on time. Ensure correct results are captured in PCS by operator, supervisor and self and also ensure closure of PCS activity on time. Coordinate with supervisor, PE, PM, QA, PPC members for timely closure of any dependencies and inspection of priority parts. Must have good knowledge on 7QC tools, SPC, MSA. Ability to understand customer drawings. Must have good knowledge on AS9102 std, able to perform FAI inspection and documentation independently. Able to identify nonconformance wrt SICL (Stage Inspection Check List) / customer requirement on time and raise NCR. Verify shelf life of materials before use on product, verify calibration due date of tools, measuring instruments. Check for FOD. Stop production in case of any deviation and raise NCR. Attend observations from customer on time and take necessary actions to avoid repetition of similar issue. Participate in RCCA discussion with CFT and suggest appropriate Corrective Actions. Participate in FMEA discussion with CFT to give required inputs. Capable of making independent decisions; whilst being appreciative of existing protocols Job Type: Full-time Salary: ?30,010.33 - ?65,618.46 per month Benefits:
