Job Description

Conduct

quality testing

of plastic materials as per BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) guidelines. Maintain and update

MIS reports

for lab-related data and testing outcomes. Ensure compliance with

BIS regulations

and maintain proper documentation. Perform routine

inspections, sampling, and analysis

of raw materials and finished products. Manage and maintain

testing equipment and lab instruments

for accurate results. Prepare and maintain all

lab records, test reports, and compliance documents

. Coordinate with

production and quality teams

to address quality-related issues. Stay updated with

industry standards and regulatory requirements

for plastic materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Educational Qualification

: Diploma/Degree in

Plastics/Polymer Technology

,or a related field.

Experience

: 2-5 years in a lab technician role, preferably in the plastics industry.

Technical Skills

: Strong knowledge of

plastic materials and their properties

. Familiarity with

BIS standards

and testing procedures.

Proficiency in MIS reporting

and working with Excel/other database tools. Experience in

document control and compliance management

.

Additional Requirements

: Ability to work independently and maintain detailed documentation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work in a

manufacturing environment
