Following ISO and Product standards procedures and protocols. Updating and maintaining ISO documents. Certify the company for ISO standards for quality, and CE/ IS certification of its respective products. Responsible for Product License Formulate & Implement Quality Systems in the company. Knowledge of how to use Measuring Instruments Handling of Third Party Inspection Agency (TPIA) Responsible for Overall Quality and certification Department activity. Responsible for In-coming Material Inspection. Responsible for In-Process and Final Testing & Inspection. Able to research for new product development and relevant required testing equipment's. Monitoring and analysis of rejections Responsible for Calibration of Testing Equipment /Instruments in Lab as well as for Machinery in Shop floor. Implementation of 6's in both factory & premises Responsible for Handling of customer inspection, Third Party Inspection, Audits and complaints. Generating checklist for Quality standards at shop floor / lab. Preparing SOP wherever required Managing external party's visits and requirements. Conducting Supplier audits as per plan. Projects/ works assigned by Management Ensure quality standards are met by monitoring production processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and other relevant quality management systems. Develop and maintain quality control procedures, including inspection checklists, test plans, and reporting templates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve overall product reliability.
