Key Responsibilities:
Monitor quality control processes during production
Conduct product quality checks and testing
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Maintain QC documentation and reports
Coordinate with production and lab teams to resolve quality issues
Requirements:
Experience in Quality Control in bakery / food manufacturing
Knowledge of food safety standards and SOPs
Good documentation and reporting skills
