Job Description

Lead and manage the Quality Control department, ensuring product quality meets or exceeds company and industry standards. Develop, implement, and maintain quality policies, procedures, and inspection protocols. Establish and monitor quality KPIs, including defect rates, rejection rates, and process compliance. Conduct regular audits, inspections, and reviews of manufacturing processes and final products. Collaborate with Production, Design, and Purchase departments to identify and resolve quality-related issues. Oversee vendor and supplier quality management, including incoming material inspection and compliance verification. Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, ISO standards, and internal quality benchmarks. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, product reliability, and customer satisfaction. Train, mentor, and develop QC team members to ensure high performance and skill development. Prepare and present quality reports, analysis, and recommendations to senior management. Participate in strategic decision-making regarding production quality, supplier selection, and process improvements.
