Job Description

The Quality Controller will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the company's quality standards. This role will focus on

colour matching, defect identification, and maintaining consistent product quality

throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform

colour matching

and ensure shade consistency across batches. Conduct

quality control checks

at various stages of production to maintain company standards. Inspect raw materials, in-process, and finished goods to identify defects or deviations. Ensure compliance with

customer requirements, industry standards, and internal specifications

. Maintain accurate

quality records, reports, and documentation

. Coordinate with production and design teams to resolve quality issues promptly. Implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce rework and rejection. Support continuous improvement initiatives in quality processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in

Textile Technology, Quality Management, or related field

. Proven experience in

quality control/quality assurance

in the textile or manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of

colour matching techniques and fabric testing methods

. Good understanding of

quality standards and inspection procedures

. Attention to detail with excellent

analytical and problem-solving skills

. Proficiency in

MS Office (Excel, Word) and quality reporting tools

. Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
