We are looking for a detail-oriented candidate for the Quality Control - Final PDF position. This role involves reviewing finalized PDF files for accuracy, consistency, and quality before delivery to clients or print.
Responsibilities:
Review and verify finalized PDF files for errors, inconsistencies, and compliance with project specifications.
Communicate with designers and project managers to resolve issues and ensure quality standards are met.
Check for color accuracy, font embedding, bleed/crop marks, and other technical requirements.
Report issues and maintain proper documentation of quality control processes.
Requirements:
Experience with PDF file formats and pre-press processes.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat or similar PDF tools.
Good communication skills.
