Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain

quality control procedures

for fabrication and assembly of: RO skids, pressure vessels, filter housings, storage tanks, and piping systems. Inspect and verify incoming

raw materials

(plates, pipes, fittings, valves, pumps, etc.) as per project requirements and material test certificates (MTCs). Conduct

in-process and final inspections

of fabricated components for dimensions, welding quality, surface finish, and painting/coating. Review

fabrication drawings and WPS/PQR (Welding Procedure Specification / Procedure Qualification Record)

for compliance. Ensure welding is performed as per approved procedures and

monitor welder qualifications

. Verify hydrotesting, leak testing, and other performance tests for fabricated assemblies. Maintain detailed

inspection reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports)

, and quality records. Coordinate with design, production, and site teams to resolve quality issues. Ensure all

equipment and components meet client and ISO quality standards

before dispatch. Support

internal and external audits (client / third-party / ISO)

. Promote continuous improvement in fabrication quality and process control.

Pay: ₹25,708.95 - ₹30,104.58 per month
