This job opening is for a Quality Control Executive/Manager who will be responsible for creating and supervising a team within the Quality Control department, and for overseeing and ensuring the quality of all products and processes in the chemical manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in conducting various chemical analyses, including titration, chromatography and other electrical instruments. In addition to technical skills, strong capabilities in team building, positive reinforcement, and training are essential. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, managing daily work and ensuring that quality control processes are consistently applied and improved.
1. Quality Assurance:
 Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and processes.
 Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and certifications.
 Establish and enforce quality assurance protocols.
2. Inspection and Testing:
 Conduct regular inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products.
 Analyze test data and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement.
3. Documentation:
 Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control procedures and test results.
 Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality manuals.
4. Team Leadership:
 Supervise and train quality control staff.
 Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness among team members.
5. Problem Resolution:
 Investigate and resolve quality issues and non-conformities.
 Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address root causes.
6. Collaboration:
 Work closely with production, procurement, and R&D teams to ensure quality requirements are met.
 Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss quality-related issues and improvements.
7. Continuous Improvement:
 Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control processes and suggest enhancements.
 Stay updated with advancements in quality control methodologies and technologies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
